1. 하나님이 노아와 그 아들들에게 복을 주시며 그들에게 이르시되 생육하고 번상하여 땅에 충만하라

1. Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.

1。神はノアとその息子たちを祝福して、彼らに仰せられた。「生めよ。増えよ。地に満ちよ。

 

2. 땅의 모든 짐승과 공중의 모든 새와 땅에 기는 모든 것과 바다의 모든 물고기가 너희를 두려워하며 너희를 무서워하리니 이것들은 너희의 손에 붙였음이니라

2. The fear and dread of you will fall upon all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air, upon every creature that moves along the ground, and upon all the fish of the sea; they are given into your hands.

2。あなたがたへの恐れとおののきが、地のすべての獣、空のすべての鳥、地面を動くすべてのもの、海のすべての魚に起こる。あなたがたの手に、それらは委ねられたのだ。

 

3. 모든 산 동물은 너희의 먹을 것이 될지라 채소 같이 내가 이것을 다 너희에게 주노라

3. Everything that lives and moves will be food for you. Just as I gave you the green plants, I now give you everything.

3。生きて動いているものはみな、あなたがたの食物となる。緑の草と同じように、そのすべてのものを、今、あなたがたに与える。

 

4. 그러나 고기를 그 생명 되는 피째 먹지 말 것이니라

4. "But you must not eat meat that has its lifeblood still in it.

4。ただし肉は、そのいのちである血のあるままで食べてはならない。

 

5. 내가 반드시 너희의 피 곧 너희의 생명의 피를 찾으리니 짐승이면 그 짐승에게서, 사람이나 사람의 형제면 그에게서 그의 생명을 찾으리라

5. And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each man, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of his fellow man.

5。わたしは、あなたがたのいのちのためには、あなたがたの血の価を要求する。いかなる獣にも、それを要求する。また人にも、兄弟である者にも、人のいのちを要求する。

 

6. 다른 사람의 피를 흘리면 그 사람의 피도 흘릴 것이니 이는 하나님의 자기 형상대로 사람을 지으셨음이니라

6. "Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed; for in the image of God has God made man.

6。人の血を流す者は、人によって血を流される。神は人を神のかたちとして造ったからである。

 

7. 너희는 생육하고 번성하며 땅에 가득하여 그 중에서 번성하라 하셨더라

7. As for you, be fruitful and increase in number; multiply on the earth and increase upon it."

7。あなたがたは生めよ。増えよ。地に群がり、地に増えよ。」

 

8. 하나님이 노아와 그와 함께 한 아들들에게 말씀하여 이르시되

8. Then God said to Noah and to his sons with him:

8。神は、ノアと、彼とともにいる息子たちに仰せられた。

 

9. 내가 내 언약을 너희와 너희 후손과

9. "I now establish my covenant with you and with your descendants after you

9。「見よ、わたしは、わたしの契約をあなたがたとの間に立てる。そして、あなたがたの後の子孫との間に。

 

10. 너희와 함께 한 모든 생물 곧 너희와 함께 한 새와 가축과 땅의 모든 생물에게 세우리니 방주에서 나온 모든 것 곧 땅의 모든 짐승에게니라

10. and with every living creature that was with you--the birds, the livestock and all the wild animals, all those that came out of the ark with you--every living creature on earth.

10。また、あなたがたとともにいるすべての生き物との間に。鳥、家畜、それに、あなたがたとともにいるすべての地の獣、箱舟から出て来たすべてのものから、地のすべての生き物に至るまで。

 

11. 내가 너희와 언약을 세우리니 다시는 모든 생물을 홍수로 멸하지 아니할 것이라 땅을 멸할 홍수가 다시 있지 아니하리라

11. I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth."

11。わたしは、わたしの契約をあなたがたとの間に立てる。すべての肉なるものが、再び、大洪水の大水によって断ち切られることはない。大洪水が再び起こって地を滅ぼすようなことはない。」

 

12. 하나님이 이르시되 내가 나와 너희와 및 너희와 함께 하는 모든 생물 사이에 대대로 영원히 세우는 언약의 증거는 이것이니라

12. And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come:

12。さらに神は仰せられた。「わたしとあなたがたとの間に、また、あなたがたとともにいるすべての生き物との間に、代々にわたり永遠にわたしが与えるその契約のしるしは、これである。

 

13. 내가 내 무지개를 구름 속에 두었나니 이것이 나와 세상 사이의 언약의 증거니라

13. I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

13。わたしは雲の中に、わたしの虹を立てる。それが、わたしと地との間の契約のしるしである。

 

14. 내가 구름으로 땅을 덮을 때에 무지개가 구름 속에 나타나면

14. Whenever I bring clouds over the earth and the rainbow appears in the clouds,

14。わたしが地の上に雲を起こすとき、虹が雲の中に現れる。

 

15. 내가 나와 너희와 및 육체를 가진 모든 생물 사이의 내 언약을 기억하리니 다시는 물이 모든 육체를 멸하는 홍수가 되지 아니할지라

15. I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.

15。そのとき、わたしは、わたしとあなたがたとの間、すべての肉なる生き物との間の、わたしの契約を思い起こす。大水は、再び、すべての肉なるものを滅ぼす大洪水となることはない。

 

16. 무지개가 구름 사이에 있으리니 내가 보고 나 하나님과 모든 육체를 가진 땅의 모든 생물 사이의 영원한 언약을 기억하리라

16. Whenever the rainbow appears in the clouds, I will see it and remember the everlasting covenant between God and all living creatures of every kind on the earth."

16。虹が雲の中にあるとき、わたしはそれを見て、神と、すべての生き物、地上のすべての肉なるものとの間の永遠の契約を思い起こそう。」

 

17. 하나님이 노아에게 또 이르시되 내가 나와 땅에 있는 모든 생물 사이에 세운 언약의 증거가 이것이라 하셨더라

17. So God said to Noah, "This is the sign of the covenant I have established between me and all life on the earth."

17。神はノアに仰せられた。「これが、わたしと、地上のすべての肉なるものとの間に、わたしが立てた契約のしるしである。」

 

18. 방주에서 나온 노아의 아들들은 셈과 함과 야벳이며 함은 가나안의 아버지라

18. The sons of Noah who came out of the ark were Shem, Ham and Japheth. (Ham was the father of Canaan.)

18。箱舟から出て来たノアの息子たちは、セム、ハム、ヤフェテであった。ハムはカナンの父である。

 

19. 노아의 이 세 아들로부터 사람들이 온 땅에 퍼지니라

19. These were the three sons of Noah, and from them came the people who were scattered over the earth.

19。この三人がノアの息子たちで、彼らから全世界の民が分かれ出た。

 

20. 노아가 농사를 시작하여 포도나무를 심었더니

20. Noah, a man of the soil, proceeded to plant a vineyard.

20。さて、ノアは農夫となり、ぶどう畑を作り始めた。

 

21. 포도주를 마시고 취하여 그 장막 안에서 벌거벗은지라

21. When he drank some of its wine, he became drunk and lay uncovered inside his tent.

21。彼はぶどう酒を飲んで酔い、自分の天幕の中で裸になった。

 

22. 가나안의 아버지 함이 그의 아버지의 하체를 보고 밖으로 나가서 그의 두 형제에게 알리매

22. Ham, the father of Canaan, saw his father's nakedness and told his two brothers outside.

22。カナンの父ハムは、父の裸を見て、外にいた二人の兄弟に告げた。

 

23. 셈과 야벳이 옷을 가져다가 자기들의 어깨에 메고 뒷걸음쳐 들어가서 그들의 아머지의 하체를 덮었으며 그들이 얼굴을 돌이키고 그들의 아머지의 하체를 보지 아니하였더라

23. But Shem and Japheth took a garment and laid it across their shoulders; then they walked in backward and covered their father's nakedness. Their faces were turned the other way so that they would not see their father's nakedness.

23。それで、セムとヤフェテは上着を取って、自分たち二人の肩に掛け、うしろ向きに歩いて行って、父の裸をおおった。彼らは顔を背け、父の裸を見なかった。

 

24. 노아가 술이 깨어 그의 작은 아들이 자기에게 행한 일을 알고

24. When Noah awoke from his wine and found out what his youngest son had done to him,

24。ノアが酔いからさめ、末の息子が自分にしたことを知った。

 

25. 이에 이르되 가나안은 저주를 받아 그의 형제의 종들의 종이 되기를 원하노라 하고

25. he said, "Cursed be Canaan! The lowest of slaves will he be to his brothers."

25。彼は言った。「カナンはのろわれよ。兄たちの、しもべのしもべとなるように。」

 

26. 또 이르되 셈의 하나님 여호와를 찬송하리로다 가나안은 셈의 종이 되고

26. He also said, "Blessed be the LORD, the God of Shem! May Canaan be the slave of Shem.

26。また言った。「ほむべきかな、セムの神、主。カナンは彼らのしもべとなるように。

 

27. 하나님이 야벳을 창대하게 하사 셈의 장막에 거하게 하시고 가나안은 그의 종이 되게 하시기를 원하노라 하였더라

27. May God extend the territory of Japheth; may Japheth live in the tents of Shem, and may Canaan be his slave."

27。神がヤフェテを広げ、彼がセムの天幕に住むようになれ。カナンは彼らのしもべとなるように。」

 

28. 홍수 후에 노아가 삼백오십 년을 살았고

28. After the flood Noah lived 350 years.

28。ノアは大洪水の後、三百五十年生きた。

 

29. 그의 나이가 구백오십 세가 되어 죽었더라

29. Altogether, Noah lived 950 years, and then he died.

29。ノアの全生涯は九百五十年であった。こうして彼は死んだ。
