1. 사람이 땅 위에 번성하기 시작할 때에 그들에게서 딸들이 나니 

1. When men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them,

1。さて、人が大地の面に増え始め、娘たちが彼らに生まれたとき、

 

2. 하나님의 아들들이 사람의 딸들의 아름다움을 보고 자기들이 좋아하는 모든 여자를 아내로 삼는지라

2. the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose.

2。神の子らは、人の娘たちが美しいのを見て、それぞれ自分が選んだ者を妻とした。

 

3. 여호와께서 이르시되 나의 영이 영원히 사람과 함께 하지 아니하리니 이는 그들이 육신이 됨이라 그러나 그들의 날은 백이십 년이 되리라 하시니라

3. Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with man forever, for he is mortal; his days will be a hundred and twenty years."

3。そこで、主は言われた。「わたしの霊は、人のうちに永久にとどまることはない。人は肉にすぎないからだ。だから、人の齢は百二十年にしよう。」

 

4. 당시에 땅에는 네피림이 있었고 그 후에도 하나님이 아들들이 사람의 딸들에게로 들어와 자식을 낳았으니 그들은 용사라 고대에 명성이 있는 사람들이었더라

4. The Nephilim were on the earth in those days--and also afterward--when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.

4。神の子らが人の娘たちのところに入り、彼らに子ができたそのころ、またその後も、ネフィリムが地にいた。彼らは昔からの勇士であり、名のある者たちであった。

 

5. 여호와께서 사람의 죄악과 세상에 가득함과 그의 마음으로 생각하는 모든 계획이 항상 악할 뿐임을 보시고

5. The LORD saw how great man's wickedness on the earth had become, and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil all the time.

5。主は、地上に人の悪が増大し、その心に図ることがみな、いつも悪に傾くのをご覧になった。

 

6. 땅 위에 사람 지으셨음을 한탄하사 마음에 근심하시고

6. The LORD was grieved that he had made man on the earth, and his heart was filled with pain.

6。それで主は、地上に人を造ったことを悔やみ、心を痛められた。

 

7. 이르시되 내가 창조한 사람을 내가 지면에서 쓸어버리되 사람으로부터 가축과 기는 것과 공중의 새까지 그리하리니 이는 내가 그것들을 지었음을 한탄함이니라 하시니라

7. So the LORD said, "I will wipe mankind, whom I have created, from the face of the earth--men and animals, and creatures that move along the ground, and birds of the air--for I am grieved that I have made them."

7。そして主は言われた。「わたしが創造した人を地の面から消し去ろう。人をはじめ、家畜や這うもの、空の鳥に至るまで。わたしは、これらを造ったことを悔やむ。」

 

8. 그러나 노아는 여호와께 은혜를 입었더라

8. But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD.

8。しかし、ノアは主の心にかなっていた。

 

9. 이것이 노아의 족보니라 노아는 의인이요 당대에 완전한 자라 그는 하나님과 동행하였으며

9. This is the account of Noah. Noah was a righteous man, blameless among the people of his time, and he walked with God.

9。これはノアの歴史である。ノアは正しい人で、彼の世代の中にあって全き人であった。ノアは神とともに歩んだ。

 

10. 세 아들을 낳았으니 셈과 함과 야벳이라

10. Noah had three sons: Shem, Ham and Japheth.

10。ノアは三人の息子、セム、ハム、ヤフェテを生んだ。

 

11. 그 때에 온 땅이 하나님 앞에 부패하여 포악함이 땅에 가득한지라

11. Now the earth was corrupt in God's sight and was full of violence.

11。地は神の前に堕落し、地は暴虐で満ちていた。

 

12. 하나님이 보신즉 땅이 부패하였으니 이는 땅에서 모든 혈육 있는 자의 행위가 부패함이었더라

12. God saw how corrupt the earth had become, for all the people on earth had corrupted their ways.

12。神が地をご覧になると、見よ、それは、堕落していた。すべての肉なるものが、地上で自分の道を乱していたからである。

 

13. 하나님이 노아에게 이르시되 모든 혈육 있는 자의 포악함이 땅에 가득하므로 그 끝 날이 내 앞에 이르렀으니 내가 그들을 땅과 함께 멸하리라

13. So God said to Noah, "I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth.

13。神はノアに仰せられた。「すべての肉なるものの終わりが、わたしの前に来ようとしている。地は、彼らのゆえに、暴虐で満ちているからだ。見よ、わたしは彼らを地とともに滅ぼし去る。

 

14. 너는 고페르 나무로 너를 위하여 방주를 만들되 그 안에 칸들을 막고 역청을 그 안팎에 칠하라

14. So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and out.

14。あなたは自分のために、ゴフェルの木の箱舟を造りなさい。箱舟に部屋を作り、内と外とタールを塗りなさい。

 

15. 네가 만들 방주는 이러하니 그 길이는 삼백 규빗, 너비는 오십 규빗, 높이는 삼십 규빗이라

15. This is how you are to build it: The ark is to be 450 feet long, 75 feet wide and 45 feet high.

15。それを次のようにして造りなさい。箱舟の長さは三百キュビト。幅は五十キュビト。高さは三十キュビト。

 

16. 거기에 창을 내되 위에서부터 한 규빗에 내고 그 문은 옆으로 내고 상 중 하 삼층으로 할지니라

16. Make a roof for it and finish the ark to within 18 inches of the top. Put a door in the side of the ark and make lower, middle and upper decks.

16。箱舟に天窓を作り、上部から一キュビト以内に天窓を仕上げなさい。また、箱舟の戸口をその側面に設け、箱舟を一階と二階と三階に分けなさい。

 

17. 내가 홍수를 땅에 일으켜 무릇 생명의 기운이 있는 모든 육체를 천하에서 멸절하리니 땅에 있는 것들이 다 죽으리라

17. I am going to bring floodwaters on the earth to destroy all life under the heavens, every creature that has the breath of life in it. Everything on earth will perish.

17。わたしは、今、いのちの息のあるすべての肉なるものを天の下から滅ぼし去るために、地上に大水を大洪水をもたらそうとしている。地上のすべてのものは死に絶える。

 

18. 그러나 너와는 내가 내 언약을 세우리니 너는 네 아들들과 네 아내와 네 며느리들과 함께 그 방주로 들어가고

18. But I will establish my covenant with you, and you will enter the ark--you and your sons and your wife and your sons' wives with you.

18。しかし、わたしはあなたと契約を結ぶ。あなたは、息子たち、妻、それに息子たちの妻とともに箱舟に入りなさい。

 

19. 혈육 있는 모든 생물을 너는 각기 암수 한 쌍씩 방주로 이끌어 들여 너와 함께 생명을 보존하게 하되

19. You are to bring into the ark two of all living creatures, male and female, to keep them alive with you.

19。また、すべての生き物、すべての肉なるものの中から、それぞれ二匹ずつを箱舟に連れて入り、あなたとともに生き残るようにしなさい。それらは雄と雌でなければならない。

 

20. 새가 그 종류대로, 가축이 그 종류대로, 땅에 기는 모든 것이 그 종류대로 각기 둘씩 네게로 나아오리니 그 생명을 보존하게 하라

20. Two of every kind of bird, of every kind of animal and of every kind of creature that moves along the ground will come to you to be kept alive.

20。鳥は種類ごとに、動物も種類ごとに、また地面を這うすべてのものも種類ごとに、それぞれ二匹ずつが生き残れるよう、あなたのところに来なければならない。

 

21. 너는 먹을 모든 양식을 네게로 가져다가 저축하라 이것이 너와 그들의 먹을 것이 되리라

21. You are to take every kind of food that is to be eaten and store it away as food for you and for them."

21。あなたは、食べられるあらゆるものから採って、自分のところに集め、あなたとそれらの動物のための食物としなさい。」

 

22. 노아가 그와 같이 하여 하나님이 자기에게 명하신 대로 다 준행하였더라

22. Noah did everything just as God commanded him.

22。ノアは、すべて神が命じられたとおりにし、そのように行った。
