1. 여호와께서 모세에게 말씀하여 이르시되
1. Then the LORD said to Moses,
1。主はモーセに告げられた。

2. 이스라엘 자손에게 명령하여 돌이켜 바다와 믹돌 사이의 비하히롯 앞 곧 바알스본 맞은편 바닷가에 장막을 치게 하라
2. “Tell the Israelites to turn back and encamp near Pi Hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea. They are to encamp by the sea, directly opposite Baal Zephon.
2。「イスラエルの子らに言え。引き返して、ミグドルと海の間にあるピ・ハヒロテに面したバアル・ツェフォンの手前で宿営せよ。あなたがたは、それに向かって海辺に宿営しなければならない。

3. 바로가 이스라엘 자손에 대하여 말하기를 그들이 그 땅에서 멀리 떠나 광야에 갇힌 바 되었다 하리라
3. Pharaoh will think, ’The Israelites are wandering around the land in confusion, hemmed in by the desert.
3。ファラオはイスラエルの子らについて、『彼らはあの地で迷っている。荒野は彼らを閉じ込めてしまった』と言う。

4. 내가 바로의 마음을 완악하게 한즉 바로가 그들의 뒤를 따르리니 내가 그와 그의 온 군대로 말미암아 영광을 얻어 애굽 사람들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알게 하리라 하시매 무리가 그대로 행하니라
4. And I will harden Pharaohs heart, and he will pursue them. But I will gain glory for myself through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD.” So the Israelites did this.
4。わたしはファラオの心を頑なにするので、ファラオは彼らの後を追う。しかし、わたしはファラオとその全軍勢によって栄光を現す。こうしてエジプトは、わたしが主であることを知る。」イスラエルの子らはそのとおりにした。

5. 그 백성이 도망한 사실이 애굽 왕에게 알려지매 바로와 그의 신하들이 그 백성에 대하여 마음이 변하여 이르되 우리가 어찌 이같이 하여 이스라엘을 우리를 섬김에서 놓아 보내었는가 하고
5. When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his officials changed their minds about them and said, “What have we done? We have let the Israelites go and have lost their services!”
5。民が去ったことがエジプトの王に告げられると、ファラオとその家臣たちは民に対する考えを変えて言った。「われわれは、いったい何ということをしたのか。イスラエルをわれわれのための労役から解放してしまったとは。」

6. 바로가 곧 그의 병거를 갖추고 그의 백성을 데리고 갈새
6. So he had his chariot made ready and took his army with him.
6。そこでファラオは戦車を整え、自分でその軍勢を率い、

7. 선발된 병거 육백 대와 애굽의 모든 병거를 동원하니 지휘관들이 다 거느렸더라
7. He took six hundred of the best chariots, along with all the other chariots of Egypt, with officers over all of them.
7。選り抜きの戦車六百、そしてエジプトの全戦車を、それぞれに補佐官をつけて率いて行った。

8. 여호와께서 애굽 왕 바로의 마음을 완악하게 하셨으므로 그가 이스라엘 자손의 뒤를 따르니 이스라엘 자손이 담대히 나갔음이라
8. The LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, so that he pursued the Israelites, who were marching out boldly.
8。主がエジプトの王ファラオの心を頑なにされたので、ファラオはイスラエルの子らを追跡した。一方、イスラエルの子らは臆することなく出て行った。

9. 애굽 사람들과 바로의 말들, 병거들과 그 마병과 그 군대가 그들의 뒤를 따라 바알스본 맞은편 비하히롯 곁 해변 그들이 장막 친 데에 미치니라
9. The Egyptians — all Pharaohs horses and chariots, horsemen and troops — pursued the Israelites and overtook them as they camped by the sea near Pi Hahiroth, opposite Baal Zephon.
9。エジプト人は彼らを追った。ファラオの戦車の馬も、騎兵も軍勢もことごとく、バアル・ツェフォンの前にあるピ・ハヒロテで、海辺に宿営している彼らに追いついた。

10. 바로가 가까이 올 때에 이스라엘 자손이 눈을 들어 본즉 애굽 사람들이 자기들 뒤에 이른지라 이스라엘 자손이 심히 두려워하여 여호와께 부르짖고
10. As Pharaoh approached, the Israelites looked up, and there were the Egyptians, marching after them. They were terrified and cried out to the LORD.
10。ファラオは間近に迫っていた。イスラエルの子らは目を上げた。すると、なんと、エジプト人が彼らのうしろに迫っているではないか。イスラエルの子らは大いに恐れて、主に向かって叫んだ。

11. 그들이 또 모세에게 이르되 애굽에 매장지가 없어서 당신이 우리를 이끌어 내어 이 광야에서 죽게 하느냐 어찌하여 당신이 우리를 애굽에서 이끌어 내어 우리에게 이같이 하느냐
11. They said to Moses, “Was it because there were no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die? What have you done to us by bringing us out of Egypt?
11。そしてモーセに言った。「エジプトに墓がないからといって、荒野で死なせるために、あなたはわれわれを連れて来たのか。われわれをエジプトから連れ出したりして、いったい何ということをしてくれたのだ。

12. 우리가 애굽에서 당신에게 이른 말이 이것이 아니냐 이르기를 우리를 내버려 두라 우리가 애굽 사람을 섬길 것이라 하지 아니하더냐 애굽 사람을 섬기는 것이 광야에서 죽는 것보다 낫겠노라
12. Didnt we say to you in Egypt, ‘Leave us alone; let us serve the Egyptians? It wourld have been better for us to serve the Egyptians that to die in the desert!”
12。エジプトであなたに『われわれのことにはかまわないで、エジプトに仕えさせてくれ』と言ったではないか。実際、この荒野で死ぬよりは、エジプトに仕えるほうがよかったのだ。」

13. 모세가 백성에게 이르되 너희는 두려워하지 말고 가만히 서서 여호와께서 오늘 너희를 위하여 행하시는 구원을 보라 너희가 오늘 본 애굽 사람을 영원히 다시 보지 아니하리라
13. Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again.
13。モーセは民に言った。「恐れてはならに。しっかり立って、今日あなたがたのために行われる主の救いを見なさい。あなたがたは、今日見ているエジプト人をもはや永久に見ることはない。

14. 여호와께서 너희를 위하여 싸우시리니 너희는 가만히 있을지니라
14. The LORD will fight for you; you need only to be still.”
14。主があなたがたのために戦われるのだ。あなたがたは、ただ黙っていなさい。」

15. 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 어찌하여 내게 부르짖느냐 이스라엘 자손에게 명령하여 앞으로 나아가게 하고
15. Then the LORD said to Moses, “Why are you crying out to me? Tell the Israelites to move on.
15。主はモーセに言われた。「なぜ、あなたはわたしに向かって叫ぶのか。イスラエルの子らに、前進するように言え。

16. 지팡이를 들고 손을 바다 위로 내밀어 그것이 갈라지게 하라 이스라엘 자손이 바다 가운데서 마른 땅으로 행하리라
16. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.
16。あなたは、あなたの杖を上げ、あなたの手を海の上に伸ばし、海を分けなさい。そうすれば、イスラエルの子らは海の真ん中の乾いた地面を行くことができる。

17. 내가 애굽 사람들의 마음을 완악하게 할 것인즉 그들이 그 뒤를 따라 들어갈 것이라 내가 바로와 그의 모든 군대와 그의 병거와 마병으로 말미암아 영광을 얻으리니
17. I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will go in after them. And I will gain glory through Pharaoh and all his army, through his chariots and his horsemen.
17。見よ、このわたしがエジプト人の心を頑なにする。彼らは後から入って来る。わたしはファラオとその全軍勢、戦車と騎兵によって、わたしの栄光を現す。

18. 내가 바로와 그의 병거와 마병으로 말미암아 영광을 얻을 때에야 애굽 사람들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알리라 하시더니
18. The Egyptians will know that I am the LORD when I gain glory through Pharaoh, his chariots and his horsemen.”
18。ファラオとその戦車とその騎兵によって、わたしが栄光を現すとき、エジプトは、わたしが主であることを知る。」

19. 이스라엘 진 앞에 가던 하나님의 사자가 그들의 뒤로 옮겨 가매 구름 기둥도 앞에서 그 뒤로 옮겨
19. Then the angel of God, who had been traveling in front of Israels army, withdrew and went behind them. The pillar of cloud also moved from in front and stood behind them,
19。イスラエルの陣営の前を進んでいた神の使いは、移動して彼らのうしろを進んだ。それで、雲の柱は彼らの前から移動して彼らのうしろに立ち、

20. 애굽 진과 이스라엘 진 사이에 이르러 서니 저쪽에는 구름과 흑암이 있고 이쪽에는 밤이 밝으므로 밤새도록 저쪽이 이쪽에 가지 못하였더라
20. coming between the armies of Egypt and Israel. Throughout the night the cloud brought darkness to the one side and light to the other side; so neither went near the other all night long.
20。エジプトの陣営とイスラエルの陣営の間に入った。それは真っ暗な雲であった。それは夜を迷い込ませ、一晩中、一方の陣営がもう一方に近づくことはなかった。

21. 모세가 바다 위로 손을 내밀매 여호와께서 큰 동풍이 밤새도록 바닷물을 물러가게 하시니 물이 갈라져 바다가 마른 땅이 된지라
21. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. The waters were divided,
21。モーセが手を海に向けて伸ばすと、主は一晩中、強い東風で海を押し戻し、海を乾いた地とされた。水は分かれた。

22. 이스라엘 자손이 바다 가운데를 육지로 걸어가고 물은 그들의 좌우에 벽이 되니
22. and the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.
22。イスラエルの子らは、海の真ん中の乾いた地面を進んで行った。水は彼らのために右も左も壁になった。

23. 애굽 사람들과 바로의 말들, 병거들과 그 마병들이 다 그들의 뒤를 추격하여 바다 가운데로 들어오는지라
23. The Egyptians pursued them, and all Pharaohs horses and chariots and horsemen followed them into the sea.
23。エジプト人は追跡し、ファラオの馬も戦車も騎兵もみな、イスラエルの子らの後を海の中に入って行った。

24. 새벽에 여호와께서 불과 구름 기둥 가운데서 애굽 군대를 보시고 애굽 군대를 어지럽게 하시며
24. During the last watch of the night the LORD looked down from the pillar of fire and cloud at the Egyptian army and threw it into confusion.
24。朝の見張りのころ、主は火と雲の柱の中からエジプトの陣営を見下ろし、エジプトの陣営を混乱に陥れ、

25. 그들의 병거 바퀴를 벗겨서 달리기가 어렵게 하시니 애굽 사람들이 이르되 이스라엘 앞에서 우리가 도망하자 여호와가 그들을 위하여 싸워 애굽 사람들을 치는도다
25. He made the wheels of their chariots come off so that they had difficulty driving. And the Egyptians said, “Lets get away from the Israelites! The LORD is fighting for them against Egypt.”
25。戦車の車輪を外してその動きを阻んだ。それでエジプト人は言った。「イスラエルの前から逃げよう。主が彼らのためにエジプトと戦っているのだ。」

26. 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 네 손을 바다 위로 내밀어 물이 애굽 사람들과 그들의 병거들과 마병들 위에 다시 흐르게 하라 하시니
26. Then the LORD said to Moses, “Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may flow back over the Egyptians and their chariots and horsemen.”
26。主はモーセに言われた。「あなたの手を海に向けて伸ばし、エジプト人と、その戦車、その騎兵の上に水が戻るようにせよ。」

27. 모세가 곧 손을 바다 위로 내밀매 새벽이 되어 바다의 힘이 회복된지라 애굽 사람들이 물을 거슬러 도망하나 여호와께서 애굽 사람들을 바다 가운데 엎으시니
27. Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and at daybreak the sea went back to its place. The Egyptians were fleeing toward it, and the LORD swept them into the sea.
27。モーセが手を海に向けて伸ばすと、夜明けに海が元の状態に戻った。エジプト人は迫り来る水から逃れようとしたが、主はエジプいと人を海のただ中に投げ込まれた。

28. 물이 다시 흘러 병거들과 기병들을 덮되 그들의 뒤를 따라 바다에 들어간 바로의 군대를 다 덮으니 하나도 남지 아니하였더라
28. The water flowed back and covered the chariots and horsemen — the entire army of Pharaoh that had followed the Israelites into the sea. Not one of them servived.
28。水は元に戻り、後を追って海に入ったファラオの全軍勢の戦車と騎兵をおおった。残った者は一人もいなかった。

29. 그러나 이스라엘 자손은 바다 가운데를 육지로 행하였고 물이 좌우에 벽이 되었더라
29. But the Israelites went through the sea on dry ground, with a wall of water on their right and on their left.
29。イスラエルの子らは海の真ん中の乾いた地面を歩いて行った。水は彼らのために右も左も壁になっていた。

30. 그 날에 여호와꼐서 이같이 이스라엘을 애굽 사람의 손에서 구원하시매 이스라엘이 바닷가에서 애굽 사람들이 죽어 있는 것을 보았더라
30. That day the LORD saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians lying dead on the shore.
30。こうして主は、その日、イスラエルをエジプト人の手から救われた。イスラエルは、エジプト人が海辺で死んでいるのを見た。

31. 이스라엘이 여호와께서 애굽 사람들에게 행하신 그 큰 능력을 보았으므로 백성이 여호와를 경외하며 여호와와 그의 종 모세를 믿었더라
31. And when the Israelites saw the great power the LORD displayed against the Egyptians, the people feared the LORD and put their trust in him and in Moses his servant.
31。イスラエルは、主がエジプトに行われた、この大いなる御力を見た。それで民は主を恐れ、主とそのしもべモーセを信じた。
